Watts-FitzGerald Law, PLLC

Abigail Watts-FitzGerald represents public and private clients across a broad range of industries and serves as outside general counsel to various for-profit and nonprofit entities.

About Watts-FitzGerald Law, PLLC
Abigail Watts-FitzGerald left Big Law after 35 years of combined experience as an associate and partner at a number of prestigious firms.

Due in part to what she perceived as a precipitous rate hike sweeping across Big Law as a result of the 2008 recession, Abigail chose to resist the universal move toward higher hourly rates and left Big Law entirely. She now offers Big Law experience at a comparably economical rate and with the individual dedication and attention that can only be achieved as a solo practitioner. Choosing to lower her rate rather than raise it as a result of her reduced overhead, this has granted her the ability and flexibility to grant clients exceptional service, coupled with the experience and training that reflects the quality and depth of a large firm, with the service and agility of a boutique.

The result is legal representation delivered by a skilled lawyer in the most effective manner possible, direct to you. An efficient structure allows her to tailor her legal services to meet clients’ needs, expectations and budgets.
